David Albertson is Editorial Director for SourceMedia's Employee Benefits Group. He has served Employee Benefit News since the magazine's inception in 1986, and in his current position since 1999. David is also responsible for editorial content of the sister magazine Employee Benefit Adviser, the Web sites at Benefitnews.com, and six e-newsletters. Among industry meetings, he serves as Chairman of his group's annual conference, Benefits Forum & Expo and numerous related one-day events. In his 25-year career, David has contributed to nearly two-dozen business publications in the fields of health care, employee benefits and finance.

Kelley M. Butler is the Editor-in-Chief of Employee Benefit News, the nation's No. 1 business trade publication for benefits professionals, covering news and trends in health, retirement, work-life and voluntary benefits, as well as benefits technology, regulatory compliance and employee education/communication. Ms. Butler joined EBN in 2001 as an Associate Editor, before becoming Managing Editor in 2005 and Editor in 2006. She also serves as Senior Editor to EBN's sister title, Employee Benefit Adviser, and oversees EBN's blog, podcast series and annual Benny Awards. She has more than 10 years of experience in journalism covering various aspects of the health care industry.
