Exhibit Hours
Below are the exact hours that the exhibit hall will be opened since all catered events besides lunch will be held in the exhibit hall when the sessions break.

Exhibitor Staff Registration
To register your staff attending the conference, complete the online Exhibitor Registration Form below. Please refer to your contract regarding number of complimentary allotments. If you go over the allocated number of passes, each additional staff member will be charged the $895 exhibitor upgrade rate. Please register all staff members by Friday, October 24, 2008.
PLEASE NOTE: When you are entering in the registration information you will have to create a new login for each staff member. When they ask you to log in DO NOT enter in your information if you are not going, enter in the information of the staff member who will be attending the conference. Unfortunately the system won't allow multiple registrations so you will have to log on again to enter another staff member.
Hotel Accommodations
Be sure to book your hotel rooms now! SourceMedia has reserved a block of rooms at The Doral Golf Resort and Spa at a special discounted rate of $229 (*not including taxes). To make your reservations, contact the hotel directly on (800) 228-9290 or (305) 592-2000 and mention our group code HASHASA or SourceMedia . Rooms are available on a first come, first serve basis. The cut-off date to receive the Early Bird group rate is Tuesday, October 21, 2008. After this date, rooms and rates will be based on availability.
Shipping Information
* All shipments are to be sent directly to the The Doral Golf Resort & Spa. Please be advised there are additional costs associated with shipping to the hotel. The hotel has limited storage, boxes shipments will be accepted beginning Monday, November 3, 2008 . Shipments arriving prior to this date may be refused by the hotel.
