Lance Phair is the Vice President of Recovery Analytics for Phillips and Cohen Associates, a Financial Recovery Firm that specializes in Probate, Cease and Desist, Arbitration, Legal and Charge-Off collections. Lance is responsible for the development of internal scoring models as well as testing those models against vendor supplied scoring models. He has 9 years of experience in the collection industry and worked as an analyst for two top ten banks before joining Phillips and Cohen Associates.
Lance also has a M.S. in Applied Statistics from the University of Northern Colorado, and has experience in portfolio evaluation, report design and creation, test design and application, as well as strong understanding of the operations side of the business.
